“Just perfect! Everything we needed for a fantastic beach vacation. Plenty of space for two families, a fully functional kitchen and bathrooms stocked with the essentials, a locker with beach supplies (a beach cart, chairs, a sun umbrella, beach towels). Beautiful clean linens, soft bath towels, gorgeous decor throughout the house, highly functional washer and dryer, laundry pods. “I may rent this again next year! Very clean, cute little apartment like condo, the couch is a pull out and the black sofa turns into like a mini bed. Theres tons of extra comforters and pillows. The kitchen has pots and pans, you'll need to bring a baking sheet if you normally use one and house shoes because of hardwood floors and traking sand in. The owner was very nice and texted back pretty quick.”

“Living room rug hasn't been vacuum in a while and pets have definitely stayed there! Rug has stains and needs to be cleaned or replaced. Penthouse is ok but show signs of wear and tear and needs to be painted especially the doors and baseboards”
