“The hot tub was not working properly because they did not heat it up prior to guests arriving. I am in the property management industry and have been for over 14 years and I had to make sure I include that in my conversation for them to heat up the pool. Multiple guests complained about this as well. I will not be returning. Not to mention the internet kept going out and we could not watch tv. ”

“There was lots of ants through the hotel we had to switch rooms Because they were on our bed our food everywhere and also in the pool area everywhere and in th breakfast area during breakfast they need to get the property sprayers in and outside.”

“Room was clean but since there was a floor by floor remodel going on things were out of sorts. Breakfast was lacking and seemed to be cooked in a maintenance room connected to the dining room. Staff was more than friendly and helpful. My room had many small things that still had to be accomplished in order to be considered remodeled, a little unprofessional. Please check the bathroom fans to make sure they are working, mine wasn't so it steamed up the entire room.”

“Air conditioning was alright beds are firm. Property is kinda ran down we had ants crawling on our windowsill looked like someone had tried to repair sill didn't do a good job. Front desk not very welcoming same person was there in morning still not friendly. Would not stay again. ”

“I can’t honestly review the breakfast because we are not breakfast eaters. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We did feel safe in the parking lot. ”
