“Home was very clean with everything we needed. Very spacious and centrally located to everything in J’ville. Neighborhood is very quiet and safe. House is spacious with plenty of rooms to relax and sleep. This was my first time using a home rental instead of a hotel, and it was a great experience.”

“Room was small. They never cleaned the room when we were there. Roaches were found in our room alive. The elevator was out of service and I am handicapped and both persons are over 70. The price was extremely high for the accommodation .”

“The home had very comfortable beds and a nice layout. The area around the home is quiet and calm. The home appears to be a newer rental with minimal decorations. The kitchen had most needed items for cooking but some oil or seasonings would ne appreciated along with foil or ziplock bags, etc.”

“We were 2 couples mid to upper sixties. Stayed for 8 days to visit with local friends. If you like preparing your own meals, this is the place. Undeniable the best kitchen in a rental I have ever been to.. And to have two King size beds, try to find that elsewhere! The house was clean and comfortable. A/C system kept us plenty cool. We used the pool twice, but the water was seasonably cold. Can't give enough thumbs up here.”

“We were comfortable in this house but would have a few recommendations. The amount of dinnerware needs to be increased. Lighting could be improved with a pole lamp in the living room. We think that it should be emphasized that although you are in the San Marco area, you are not in walking distance to any of the shops and restaurants.”

“This property is in a quiet neighborhood. Has a nice pool in the fenced backyard. Sreened in porch with TV is were we spent most of our time while the kids played in the pool. 5 bedrooms slept 10 people comfortably. Was about a 20 minute drive to Ice Arena and 35 minutes to beach.”

“House was in a quiet neighborhood and close to many great stores and the beach. The pool was perfect. We stayed here for a week after a procedure at the Mayo Clinic. It was great to rest and recoup in this home.”

The backyard is peaceful. I enjoyed having my coffee out back in the morning. Checkin was seamless. I received an email with all pertinent instructions. The home has a small manual with helpful information and restaurant recommendations. Overall pleasant experience.”

“We came to Jacksonville to visit relatives and attend the Mandarin Art Festival. This house was close to everything we needed to visit. House met all our needs, including laundry. Groceries and such were nearby, as were restaurants. Umami Japanese Curry is a block away and delicious. El Castillo Taqueira & Bakery is a short drive, and worth it - had the best tacos here.”
