“The air conditioner in our room would not maintain temperature. The room would get cold and then get hot all night long making it difficult to stay asleep. The staff was wonderful and the room was clean. Aside from the AC issue it was a great stay.”

“The gym was hot as if the air conditioner wasn’t working. The ice machine on the 3rd floor was broken leaving one machine for 4 floors, the tv in the room wasn’t working and the room sink water did not get hot. The room was clean.”

“Easy access from interstate. Rooms are large and clean. Amenities such as microwave, frig, coffee maker, hair dryer, iron and board. Quiet location and staff very friendly and helpful. Have stayed here before and will stay here again.”

“June 1, pool closed. I booked it based on there being a pool. There is a pool but it was closed. I would have booked something else had I known the pool was out of service. Everything seemed clean. Friendly staff.”

“For $100 a night, it would be really nice to have a guaranteed clean experience. I don’t care if I’m in the middle of nowhere Arkansas, Best Western properties are known for better and this one just made me want to leave and go find a shower. The receptionist was super nice though. It’s not her fault the property is not maintained well. It’s a $50 a night room, not $100.”

“Everything was great except the mattress. When I pulled the sheets back to check it for bedbugs, like I always do when I stay at a hotel, the mattress had a huge terrible stain on it.”

“The whole key process was simple. The room was great. The stairs were really steep. Railing is really low so nothing to hold on to as you walk down the stairs. Other than that, it was a nice stay.”

“I told the lady at the front desk that the toilet was not flushing she said that they did not have maintenance on call the breakfast was taken up 30 minutes early then it should have been dirty tub”

“We weren’t using the airport and didn’t realize how far out this was. There’s not much to do around, but that’s to be expected. The room was super spacious and really comfortable. The bathroom area wasn’t the best, and the “living room” area didn’t have any main lighting. The sink outlet wouldn’t hold a plug, there was mold/signs of water damage in the tub area, and the water temperature was flipped with no indication of which way to go. The living room only had a tower lamp and never got fully...
