“It's a 3-star place for a reason. The room was not at all what the pictures made it look like. The sink is in the room, not in the bathroom, and there's no closet, just a bar with a few hangers. There was a bracket on the wall where a blow drier used to be, but it was missing. When we left for dinner I mentioned it to the desk guy and he said he would bring one up. He never did. The coffee maker and the juice dispenser in the "breakfast area" were both out of order, and the pool is covered and...

“The building was poorly remodeled with missing tiles in bathroom and door that wouldn't completely close. Dead and even a live bug in light fixtures. Unsafe in-bath shower. Breakfast area too small and AC too cold.”

“It was nice to have an outdoor pool, the weather was hot, so I got use of the pool in the morning. We also we able to get a late check out and there was free breakfast.”

“I had written a review of the night I checked in because I was given a king size room versus the two queens that I had reserved. The manager did work on this in the morning and make it right so I do appreciate that. They’re just a couple of issues one being the coffee maker wasn’t working And so you were directed to use the coffee maker in your room. The breakfast selections were very minimal. And the icemaker on the second floor was not working so you had to go to the third or the fourth floor....

“We stayed one night on our way back from Tulsa OK to Indianapolis. We were traveling with a small dog and needed space to walk her. We drove to area restaurants and stores and found them easily accessible without using the Interstate. The hotel was quiet and well kept, and the staff took care of our rather minor needs.”

“I like staying here a lot, but noticed on this trip that the doors to rooms are extremely LOUD when they close. It kept me up one night, and it very well is the work of other people staying there, but the doors are so heavy that they slam and you can hear them from all the way down the other end of the hallway.”
