“Upon entering front desk very inviting, breakfast was good and rooms were fresh and very clean.”

“The room wasn’t very clean. Smelled very strong of cigarette smoke. The fire alarm went off around 4:30am for about 30mins. The fire department arrived and shut it off. It was a bit of a sketchy area.”

“Everything is outdated, the room had a smell to it and the air conditioner was not working. Will not be returning.”

“If you get late you won’t get any thing is breakfast. There wan no milk for cereal. No eggs .”

“The hotel was filthy. The carpeting in my room was so soiled that it was black and the pattern couldn’t even be seen. I saw the maid using a broom to sweep the carpet not a vacuum cleaner. The screen was ripped so I couldn’t open the window for fresh air. It smelled of smoke. It was rundown in general, chipped furniture, dirty bathroom. There were two dogs in the room next door that barked constantly. My room didn’t get cleaned on day 2.”

“So I called to inform Rafael that we had a travel delay and would arrive between 3-6AM. We arrived at the hotel only to be informed that he THOUGHT I said I would be there around 3 and my room had been canceled! He offered NO sympathy/empathy/or resolution!”

“Our room was "picked up," not "clean." There was long hairs stuck to the bathroom walls and inside the shower from previous guests. Overall, the walls and table surfaces could use a good scrubbing, because there was dirt/food buildup and smudges throughout. In retrospect, I should have just spent the extra $20-$30 to stay at a nearby Super 8, Motel 6 or Best Western.”

“Very good value. Cheaper than most hotels. Had mini casino inside. Complimentary breakfast. Lots of places nearby delivered food.”

“There were roaches also I booked reservations they kept telling me they couldn’t see it only one that was canceled and that maybe Expedia gon send me a cancellation because they were already booked for the double bed room that I requested… I had to be cramped up in a I bed room with my 4 children I only took it because we’ve been driving and I need rest …. We also had 1 face towel and when I ask for another sheet or blanket they stated they were out”
