“The 2 bedroom apartment is very spacious, well equipped and clean. Also love the public onsen and easy access to the ski trails. The only thing to complain is the limited selection of food and grocery supplies near the hotel (no convenience stores and lack of dinner choices except hotel restaurant which is just average or 30 minutes drive to Otaru city). But overall still a good bargain at low season. Not sure about prices in high ski season though.”

“フロントとレストランは大正時代の建物を使用しており、趣きある宿です。 宿泊棟には大浴場もあり小樽の街が見渡せて、お部屋はバストイレ別、ベッドルームとリビングルームが独立しており非常に使いやすい作りとなっています。 朝食は焼きたてのパンや牛肉の赤ワイン煮、知床鳥のクリーム煮の他、サーモンやミズダコのカルパッチョ、北海道の食材も多く使った洋食をいただきました。 スープカレーや少量ずつ楽しめるスプーン寿司もありどれも美味しかったです。 （大好きなインカのめざめも食べられました。） レストランを使わない時間に読書をさせていただいたり、お部屋でも滞在時間をゆったりと過ごせるので連泊にもお勧めです。”

“New hotel, 1. great Location where you can walk to Otaru’s main tourist attractions, 2. Breakfast were excellent! 3. Laundry: Room TV shows how minutes left for each Laundry unit to finish, so it was super helpful to manage the timing for Landry chore. Little disappointment were, 1. no luggage rack!?! So you have to leave luggage on the floor. 2. Big ofuro had steam sauna (women) but it was a joke. It wasn't hot at all. I was able to do own hot yoga (warm yoga!) ”
