“Really lovely hotel . Everyone working there was so kind and helpful. Great location for exploring Zermatt . Comfortable bed and room with a beautiful balcony / the weather was gorgeous and they even brought me a sun bed . Lovely l’Occitane toiletries plus a free bar of Lindt chocolate in our room which was a real surprise treat . Excellent free shuttle to and from Zermatt train station . Delicious breakfast with a good choice . Would love to return to this hotel . Thanks for a super stay ”

La camera pulita ma il letto abbastanza duro basso e scomodo, cosi' come i cuscini. La camera si affacciava su un'altra costruzione piuttosto alta impedendo quindi qualsiasi vista. La colazione gradevole.
