“the extended stay pricing and the overall conditions. was there 3 years ago and again last week-- it was like I never left --consistency is the name of the game. I love the idea that no matter how long I am away, that I know what to expect and am not disappointed. congrats to you and your staff I give a 100 out of 10. “Early check-in was appreciated due to an upset stomach…needed to lay down. Nicely upgraded for an older property. Liked the back patio area and plenty of room to walk the dog beyond. ”

“Last minute find on our Ladies Lunching Across America Tour. One of our favorite stops! Staff was friendly and helpful, our accommodations were lovely and the grounds a tranquil oasis! ”

“The beds were clean. The shower had wet paper on the floor of the shower. The floors were swept but not clean. No iron or blow dryer.”

“Beautiful home!!! Great location!!! Home is within walking distance to downtown shopping and restaurants!!! Loved it!!! ”

“Mediocre. The room is too warm and stuffy, air conditioner doesnt work well at all. Bedding, sheets, towels etc were clean. Bed was comfortable though. Hard to see parking lot entrance is hard to see in the dark.”

“We ate pastry from Sally’s Bakery, white water rafted with Lost Paddle Rafting, road the Royal Gorge Train, visited the Museum of Colorado Prisons, walked the Tunnel Drive Trail, worshipped with Grace Family Church, ate at Pizza Madness, visited the Royal Gorge Bridge and Park. Most all of these activities were within walking distance of our lodging.”
