“Do not stay here! We booked 3 nights here, 1st we arrived the door to our room was wide open, the room was not clean there was paint on the sheets, a pubic hair in the drawer, & the bathroom smelled of sewage as soon as you turned the fan on, in the morning we told reception about the issue and we recorded the whole conversation to which she called the owner & come to find out that room was not supposed to be booked at all for that issue & they had overbooked their hotel & put us in a room that...

“Avevo prenotato una stanza frontemare invece sono stato alloggiato in un seminterrato dove il mare si vede appena e il soffitto non supera i due metri e 10. La stanza doveva essere di 30 mq invece era appena di 12 mq molto piccola e tanto sconfortevole che io e la mia compagna non abbiamo neppure disfato la valigia. La responsabile sig.ra Rita è una persona incapace e arrogante avevo chiesto il trasferimento a una camera migliore pagando un sovraprezzo ma al mattino seguente era già prenotata...

“Staff was friendly is the only thing going for this hotel.
Sheets were filthy
Bathroom was covered in mold
Walls were paper thin and one could hear everything going on in other rooms and I am not a light sleeper.
I wasn’t expecting anything spectacular-but this did not even meet basic 1star experience.

“The room was perfect, clean, and spacious. Just what the photos showed and the bed was very comfortable. Staff though, was non-existent. We never figured out your internet as the code didn't work. Also, the hot tub was not hot and we could not find anyone to turn the heat on. Repeated messages to the hotel got no response.
