“The facility is not up to par for the price of the room compared to other hotels across the street. The reception staff were wonderful but when the only elevator broke the manager was rude and unhelpful. Our room was on the top floor and when he was asked about a status update for repairs he said there are the steps. He didn't have the decency to even say I apologize for the inconvenience we are working on it.”

“The staff were very nice and welcoming, and the rooms were clean and spacious. That said, breakfast was just day-old pastries and lukewarm coffee, which was disappointing.
The biggest issue was with the Expedia Platinum perks. We usually book VIP hotels for the benefits, but they weren’t really honored here. The 20% food and beverage discount that was advertised couldn’t be used because the hotel doesn’t actually have a bar or restaurant. Also, before check-in we were offered early check-in and...

“Solo female traveler, only stayed for one night. It was nice! The bed was comfy, nice big TV, front desk staff was amazing. The breakfast was great too. quite a bit of hair in the shower left over from the person before me would be my only complaint lol.”
