“I’m really disappointed with my experience. I booked a stay but unfortunately wasn’t able to come because my daughter came down with the flu. I did the responsible thing by not showing up and potentially exposing staff and other guests to illness. Expedia even reached out to the hotel on my behalf to explain the situation, but despite that, the hotel refused to issue any kind of refund.
On top of that, I kept getting the runaround—every time I called, I was told the manager wasn’t available. It...

“I had a fully paid reservation, and at check-in I was asked to provide a credit card for the security deposit, which is perfectly understandable.
However, even though I had four different credit cards, from four different networks, none of them worked with the hotel’s POS terminal.
The issue was clearly not with my cards, but with the hotel’s payment system.

“I loved staying here and can’t wait to do so again. The room was clean, cozy and comfortable. Loved the automated check in with clear directions. The entire place was decked out with awesome ambience and decor. I just wish the hot tub was working. It’s so close to Mount Snow too!”
