“We had an excellent stay at this hotel. Everything was closed and convenient. The price was excellent for an oceanfront room. Note, there is no balcony but there is a small sliding window so you could hear the ocean at night while you’re sleeping if you want. Unless you call for maid service, you don’t get any. However if you leave dirty towels outside your door, they will put clean ones out there in a plastic bag. We ran low on toilet paper and had to go down to the office to get some. A lot...

“Other reviews are telling the truth when they say this hotel is VERY CLEAN! You can tell the housekeepers take great pride in making sure every room is spotless. It's not outdated at all and looks even better in person than the pictures online show. Check-in and checkout were super simple and fast! “Location can’t be beat. Friendly staff. Nice to have access to bikes. We stayed there a couple of nights. The room doesn’t have many drawer space or a closet so that might have annoyed me as I like to put my clothes in drawers or hang them up on longer stays. There was a coat rack that was handy to have to hang clothing on. Only complaint is that the walls are thin. I had to keep the TV on at night to drown out the footsteps/noise from the room directly above or next door. Would definitely stay...

“Friendly staff. We had an issue with the TV and it was addressed in 5 minutes and was replaced in less than an hour. Room was clean. Bathrooms could use a little updating but are clearn. If you plan on going to Dover Motor Speedway, this is a great place to stay, less than a half hour away. If you want to go to the beach, Slaughter Beach is only 15 minutes away. If going to Dover again I would definitely stay here agian.”

“Overall, we enjoyed our stay. House was clean, spacious & close to the beaches. House has a great layout for all to have privacy but yet enjoy together. A few items we highly recommend-use shorter door codes. Management was very responsive via text, but we could never remember the extremely long code to get in. (Alot of rentals will use the renters phone number etc). Stock the kitchen with a full set of pots & pans. There was No cookware to make pasta for a family of 4, as an example. Only 1...
