“The staff, whether it was the front desk or the breakfast workers, were all very nice. Did not interact with housekeeping because I requested 'not to be disturbed'.
The only detraction was my room's heating unit. I expected the fan would shut off when on auto but it didn't. It was ok because it kept the room very warm.”

“First time here normally stay at Casino Hotel but was very satisfied. Your staff were excellent especially Connor at the Front Desk . Breakfast was excellent . Only criticism is get a 4 wheel drive vehicle for shuttle . Driver was great but had to maneuver in the snow . Overall rating 0 out of 10. ”

“Room was great! Employees were very accommodating. We had a photo shoot in the lobby and invited the registration lady to join in! The bar was great after dinner. Would definitely stay again!”
