“The location can’t be beat - right on the ocean, right on the bike path, two restaurants on either side so you don’t have to drive anywhere if you don’t want to. We have stayed here several times, however on this trip we noticed how rundown the property is looking. Lots of stains, chips, and scuffs on the walls, lots of rust on steps and railings, shower looking old and dingy, dirty carpeting (the water in the floor of the shower would turn black when you stepped in if you had been barefoot in...

“Very nice location on the beach. The staff was wonderful and very helpful. My only complaint was that my room advertised a freezer and a sitting chair which it did not have. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. I will return for sure.”

“L’hotel è molto bello e si trova in una bella posizione dell’isola. Le camere sono spaziose e dotate di tutti i comfort. La colazione è buona. Il grosso problema di questo hotel è che se si resta più di un giorno nei giorni successivi, bisogna richiedere di pulire le stanze e non vengono mai pulite Come si deve. Vengono solo cambiati gli asciugamani, svuotati i cestini e a volte tirati i letti. Non è accettabile che per soggiorni più lunghi si debba rimanere con lo sporco e la polvere...

“The hotel was clean and centrally located for our vacation to Fernandina Beach and Amelia Island. Really, the only big complaint was breakfast was subpar. The only decent thing was making your own waffles. Bacon was paper-thin and greasy. Egg bites were less than flavorful. You get the idea. Some fresh pastries would have been nice.
The shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the shower were empty. Luckily, we bring our own, but these should be checked.
