“The front desk staff was amazing, im horrible with remembering names and wish I could to give her recognition. We had to make this reservation last minute due to our original choice (Homewood) had no ac or hot water. I was very happy that we had to switch hotels to here as a former Hilton engineer i do believe that going forward all trips to the Baltimore area will be stayed here. The only suggestion I have is to check the tile wall in 411 there's a large that was sealed with caulking and...

“Everything about this place is nickle and dime you. 100$ deposit for literally nothing in the hotel room. Charge for a useless breakfast that's overpriced. Dirty old rooms. Smells everywhere. Water savers on all the showers and faucets. Towels way too small. Do not go here”
