“El hotel necesita de un buen mantenimiento. Las partes comunes no estan muy limpias tampoco. El piso donde hay la reception es el segundo. El parqueo esta' a 300 mts no es un problemaso pero cuandos tienes maletas tampoco es muy comodo. En el momento que te dan la targueta para salir del parque tienes que firmar un papel que en el caso te olvides de devolverla ellos tienen el derecho de cobrarte 50 Dolares... 50. No se tratan asi los clientes.”

Area safe not so much traffic resort wasn’t far from restaurants, casino, stores or bars. It’s about a half an hour from San Juan. Will definitely be returning back, especially if we’re I the or around the area highly...

They did give us a $21 voucher to the restaurant in the hotel to make up for the delay. But $21 doesn't cover much there. Once we get our room, everything was great. They have us a late check out, the room was beautiful, the shower was amazing. The food in the hotels restaurant was good, but expensive. The drinks were blah.
