“Lobby and common areas very clean. Staff very nice and helpful. Room was very comfortable and clean. Wish a coffee pot was in room, but coffee was available in lobby. Air conditioning worked very well. Close to shopping and restaurants. Will definitely stay on return trips.”

“The rooms were clean , but my daughters has paint missing as if someone fell into the walls room and bathroom. Washer was broken, and some very sketchy people . Some lady was screaming at her 3 yr old as a grown adult with fowl language. After her trying to start a fight with me I complained about it to the front desk and he wanted to move me and my grandkids after we were unpacked from a long day at blue bayou. Just all around a very uncomfortable stay.”

“Property was well-maintained. I was charged a daily parking fee which I've never experienced in a property that wasn't in a downtown area. I wasn't able to get a receipt after checkoutapparently because reservation had been made through Expedia. (?) The couple in the room next door weren't getting along at 2:00 a.m., so the complementary earplugs were appreciated.”

“Toilet was leaking, couldn’t understand the staff, hard beds, blanket looked like curtains”

“Pool was closed the entire stay. Restaurants aren’t open late or anything 24/7 so be prepared at a “resort””
