“We stayed for one night during our travels. The room was nice, bed was comfy. But we kept hearing a loud bang in our room every 15 minutes which prevented us from sleeping. We did stop downstairs for breakfast. The food was really cold when served. I mentioned to the front desk and manager about the noise and they said they would comp us but never did. Expedia has reached out several times and they don’t reply or answer, they just put them on hold. Poor customer service. Just be careful as they...

“We stayed here for LSU graduation! Property was well-maintained and exceptionally clean! Staff was friendly and helpful! With consideration to heavy traffic in BR, this hotel is located only minutes from LSU & close to the magnificent Supper Club where we had a celebratory dinner.”

“I loved my room overall. When hotels don’t have carpet it’s a plus. Loved the staff and the restaurant/bar was totally fine. The breakfast buffet is pricey but since they cater to business travelers this makes sense. The bed gave me a sore back and the curtain was unhooked on one side so the sun got in. I also didn’t like that parking is private. Some details like that are what held back a 5, but I would stay there again.”

“The front desk was not at the desk when the bell ring I stood in the front for 15 to 20 minutes waiting to be served and the sheets were smelling like stinky work men I would never recommend this place to anyone and no parking was available in the front awful”
