“The room & facilities were great. On the day we arrived there was no hot water. We couldn’t take showers for about 4-5 hours and ended up being late for our dinner reservations. When I checked out I informed the staff of hot water issue and was not provided either a partial refund or hotel gift card for a future visit. The hotel should have handled this no hot water issue on Sat night much better than they did.”

“We overlooked the main street, but there really isn't much to see in the town. The roof patio was cool, but didn't have a bar or a reason to hang out there except for the view. The room with 2 king beds was very spacious and we enjoyed our balcony. Not sure about their room reservation policy, but we managed to get a one-night stay in June. We overheard the front desk say that a three-day minimum is required in July. This seems entirely wrong, as a Marriott hotel is not like an air BnB.”
