I asked to cancel the room and they agreed that I should be refunded. They told me they couldn’t do anything because I booked through Expedia. They told me to reach out to Expedia and they should be able to take care of it. Expedia said since I didn’t buy the travel insurance I would still be responsible for the cost even though I wasn’t getting the stay that...

“The lobby bathrooms were both disgusting. The women’s bathroom was clogged and had toilet paper and paper towel on the floor. The men’s bathroom was not clean either but at least had a flushing toilet. The elevator was also gross. The room was decently clean but the start of the stay was less than impressive! ”

“Clean room, the staff were very kind and helpful. They all made sure to say hi and interact with my two toddlers. We enjoyed the pool! Would stay here again. ”
