“Very clean and comfortable room, staff was great”

“Room hot 80 degrees. Workmen entered our room while there. Poor cable kept freezing. Left after 4 hours. They did give me a partial refund.”

“Posizione facilmente raggiungibile. Ci serviva solo come punto di ristoro nel trasferimento da Chicago a Niagara Falls. In realtà le camere sono pulite ma un po' da rinnovare soprattutto per quanto riguarda la moquette. Poco spazio per appoggiare le valigie (avevamo prenotato una camera per 4 persone). Lo stesso dicasi per le zone comuni e per la piscina, veramente piccola e in condizioni di pulizia a fine giornata alquanto discutibili. Colazione abbondante. In definitiva un po' una delusione se...

“The hotel is a stone's throw from the border and not in a great location, sketchy businesses adjacent the parking lot. The staff was probably the most pleasant hotel staff I've ever encountered at a hotel. The hotel itself though is old, run down, and just worn. It's probably cleaner than it looks, but the dirt is just ground in everywhere. The beds and furniture was clean though. If you just want a quick turn place to stay for a decent price, I guess it is a good choice.”

“Everything was fantastic as was every staff member I met while there. One thing for someone to be aware of is that the establishment is on the corner of the main 2 streets in Lexington. So if you are bothered by traffic noise, I would suggest asking for a room not on the street if possible. It was not bad during my stay, but I was there during the off season. My room was directly above where the cars stop at the intersection. A lot of traffic in peak season could be an issue for some...

“The lobby bathrooms were both disgusting. The women’s bathroom was clogged and had toilet paper and paper towel on the floor. The men’s bathroom was not clean either but at least had a flushing toilet. The elevator was also gross. The room was decently clean but the start of the stay was less than impressive! ”

“Checkin was fast and efficient. The room was spacious for handicap. The bed was comfortable. Pillows were soft but satisfactory. Breakfast was good. Checkout was fast.”
