Hotel a Fort Gratiot

“Clean room !! 👌 they did a good job and food was great. Only complaint is it was empty and they placed us directly next to other people who were up all night watching tv. I wish they skipped at least a room inbetween. ”

“My room was fairly clean, but the carpet needed to be shampooed. Breakfast was light: toast, cereal, yogurt, oatmeal, waffles, juice. Nothing hot and no bagels, muffins, fruit. Nice clean breakfast room. It's a good location for us, so I will probably stay there again.”

“The room was very dirty, jetted tub was not clean we had to clean ourselves. Holes in walls and curtains, headboard covered in dust, lamps were falling apart. Evening staff was polite and helpful. DO NOT stay here!”

“Posizione facilmente raggiungibile. Ci serviva solo come punto di ristoro nel trasferimento da Chicago a Niagara Falls. In realtà le camere sono pulite ma un po' da rinnovare soprattutto per quanto riguarda la moquette. Poco spazio per appoggiare le valigie (avevamo prenotato una camera per 4 persone). Lo stesso dicasi per le zone comuni e per la piscina, veramente piccola e in condizioni di pulizia a fine giornata alquanto discutibili. Colazione abbondante. In definitiva un po' una delusione se...

“Hotel is a little dated as probably all of them in the area. Ok for a night but expected better considering the ratings. ”

“At the front desk they had a posted policy about quiet time beginning at 10:00 PM. Despite that, the person in the next room had his TV on so loud that if felt as though he was in our room with us. This went on all night. Additionally, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. I was in pain no matter which way I turned. Between these two things, I was unable to sleep last night.”

“This was a nice hotel at one time. Not long ago. We stayed on a Friday night and there were only 10 cars in the parking lot. It’s my belief that this hotel needs an upgrade, but simply can’t afford it. It’s such a great location in Port Huron, close to all the wonderful amenities, this town offers, but… the room was dated, the bath mat was stained, the carpet was stained, and the staff was kind but definitely new and inexperienced with dealing with a public. There was a very heavy, musty smell...

“Friendly staff clean environment ”

“The property is nice and the staff is excellent. The only complaint I have is that Expedia says there is a full size refrigerator and a microwave in the rooms. However there is only a half size refrigerator and no microwave. The staff at the hotel has told Expedia on numerous occasions, but they won’t change it in the description. Also, I was there Sunday through Wednesday and many things are only open Wednesday through Sunday, so I can’t speak on some of the onsite amenities.”

“What a cute motel -very clean and updated-large rooms, nice view of the water. Bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly! Having the River Crab restaurant right there was awesome. I totally will stay again. If your wondering about this place, wonder no more!!”
