“From the moment we arrived we was greeted with the best welcome. This is our second time coming back. Now we came back to celebrate our Honeymoon. And everyone knows our names and everything was just perfect. From the beginning to the end. Staff like Janet from the security staff, the receptionist the lady with the short hair always with a big smile. The staff from the restaurant and buffet. “We had a wonderful week at Iberostar Maya...this resort is BIG. We stayed in building 60 which had its own private pool. The rooms were clean and comfortable with no issues and if we needed anything, each building had its own concierge. Both the pool area and the beach were great (minimal sargassum this week) and well maintained. The staff was exceptional, always helpful and very friendly. The food was fine in the restaurants and better than we expected on the buffets. IMHO, the breakfast...
