“First room was filthy, had to change rooms due to the showers floor completely dirty. Valet was a mess.”

“La habitacion estuvo muy limpia al llegar pero no realizaron mas limpieza, no se si había que pedirla ya que realmente no ensuciamos mucho pero si es molestoso lo de la basura, les sugeriria que en caso de que se tenga que pedir la limpieza lo informen al check in”

“Great location to both business and commercial things to do and see. Great facility, quiet, good breakfast each morning.”

“Our stay was for one night four a group of four friends. The room was clean and well accommodated with the kitchen and cooking utensils. We did not partake in the pool or fitness room. One thing to know is that this property does not offer a continental breakfast. They do have a great selection of snacks available for purchase. Staff were friendly and helpful. Location was central to Allentown and the Windcreek casino. Would recommend this property for a quick visit to the area.”

“Staff was helpful and friendly when available. Complimentary wine and cheese was nice. Room Charadonay bed was too big. Consistently bumping on corners of bed frame. No place to store clothes. Lived out of suitcase. Can't control heat or air in guest room. Central control only. Portable heater wad provided. Town was noisy with students yelling late in the morning. ”

“Upon arrival was met with rudeness. First room had toliet paper hanging off bathroom fan. Second room had a very thin fleece throw . Asked for another blanket at 3 am and was told no available blankets until 9 am . Breakfast was very basic. The bathroom toliet was lower the tub edge . All In all you get what you pay for”

“Ok so the pros of the hotel is the property is very spacious inside and outside with large parking spaces and with a nice view of the mountain, ski and trail areas, basketball and tennis courts. However, the problem we had was with the level of service and cleanliness of the rooms. First, when we entered our room and went to the bathroom, we found the rim of the toilet bowl a bit dirty smeared with excitement looking disgusting. We asked to have it cleaned and the front desk lady kept saying...

“I didn't like anything. Checked in and within 5 minutes checked out. It was dirty. Room smelled if smoke. Would never go back.”
