“Room was not clean at all and was falling apart. It was not a pleasant stay”

“Good location for my needs, super friendly staff, had choice of room floor, breakfast was standard eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffles.”

“hotel is conveniently located to the Capital Theater, an easy walk. The lobby and room was spacious, clean. and good repair. Our room only had 1 desk chair and it would have nice to have more seating besides the beds. When we booked the room, we didn't realize that the rooftop bar is indoor/outdoor and not open in mid-April. The onsite restaurant was nice but kitchen was closed at 10pm on a Friday when got back from the theater. ”

“Shower don’t drain, loud noises from the pipes all night long, bed was uncomfortable and didn’t have sheets, but had a blanket and a sheet on top ”

“Staff was nice and the hotel was clean. Breakfast was decent. Only issue i have was the bottom of the pool cut my toes all to heck.”

“After check in our Tv displayed a message that said “scrambled or weak signal.” Reporting this to the night shift clerk was pointless…. She said “ there is nothing I can do about this. We don’t have a maintenance staff at night,” Not the answer we were looking for!!!! She did not even offer to call someone. Upon checking out the matter was discussed again and was told by staff “ yeah we can’t do anything about tv issues!” Will not stay there again or with this chain. I’m switching back to...

“Parking lot had many potholes and there was not enough parking for the number of guests. We were notified that the elevator was not working on Thursday and that we could cancel our stay. That was not an option considering we were staying in Fenton due to a bowling tournament. ”

“Jerry who checked us in on Monday afternoon at 3pm was excellent. The woman at the desk this morning not so much. We would stay here again. It is difficult for service oriented companies to find quality people who can take a suggestion and make it an opportunity to convey the customer’s message was heard and welcomed.”

“We moved from the area over 25 years ago. We were coming back for Easter and read some of the reviews and was skeptical of staying. We walked in and were greeted with two very friendly staff. The room was clean and we loved the larger fridge. We did not eat at the breakfast buffet only because we were off to a family members house for breakfast on Easter but my husband got coffee and said it looked good. Checking out we had another two very friendly staff members. I would stay there again...

“Very disappointed in this place. First stay was good, very predictable Marriott quality. Our last stay was awful. Booked into one of the only available rooms, a double king, which isn’t a big deal. This must’ve been the oldest room in the place and the lock didn’t work. They had us right next to the compressor room so all night long we heard that thing turning on and off. And after a poor nights sleep, we got up for what used to be complimentary coffee only to learn they now charge for...
