“There's pretty much no way one of the elevators passed inspection. We took the stairs to the 4th floor after it felt like it was going to give way, which was less than ideal. The bathroom didn't have a vent fan, so the ceiling looked like mold was forming. The beds were fine, though not particularly soft or comfortable. Overall I was not impressed.”

“The Tivoli Lodge was very nice and I would stay here again. Great location, safe for a single female, clean, friendly staff, and well-appointed. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working, even though they knew they didn't let me know. I did call the front desk concerning this after my room reached over 80 degrees and they did bring a portable air conditioner to my room promptly. Very good place to stay.”

“I really struggle to find something positive. The staff was rude and not helpful. The rooms are extremely run down. The carpet was stained and pealing back in several spots in our room, the bath towels had brown stains. The smell of the room was absolutely terrible, honestly it was putrid!”

“The amenities were amazing… just got done w the heavy half marathon in Leadville and this was an added bonus. Hit the compression sleeves, sauna and hot tub to recover. Side note, had dinner at the hotel, and food was over cooked and over priced for the amount of food received. But the hotel was amazing💥”

“We were very disappointed with our stay at The Arrabelle. Unfortunately, the overall experience fell far short of what we expected from a luxury hotel. A major issue during our stay was a power outage that lasted approximately 15 hours. We completely understand that unexpected situations can happen, but what was most frustrating was the lack of communication. We repeatedly asked for updates, and the staff were unable or unwilling to provide meaningful information, leaving guests feeling...
