“Staff was friendly, good amenities, facility and room were very clean.”

“The room smelled like mildew. The toilet didn’t work. The person at the front desk was smoking like a chimney whenever I went in there. The surrounding neighborhood was pretty sketchy; a person was smoking weed just outside my room. After all this I did appreciate the 55” TV.”

“The reason I gave low stars is because it’s so far out from everything which is fine but I went during winter months and everything at there resort was closed. No bar, no restaurant, why? Just because it’s winter doesn’t mean people stop eating and drinking. I went for work and only stayed 2 nights and it wasn’t a big deal but as I said it’s not exactly convenient to restaurants n such so I ended up ordering takeout. It was a very nice condo though. Perhaps it would be great in the summer ”

“No yhe ceiling is peeling in the bathroom and the old chair needs to be cleaned and covered but mold around bathtub and a piece of tissue paper was in a little hold in bathroom amd in the peephole But the views were wonderful. I just think that someone needs to teach them how to clean and to fix a few things in the rooms THANK YOU ”

“The clean rooms are greatly appreciated. To many places to stay these days are disgusting and called clean. These rooms are CLEAN! Staff is very friendly and the price is quite affordable. Hidden gem ! Definitely will be back hereanu times. ”

“Note room 120 TWO QUEEN ACCESSIBLE HANDICAP EXCELLENT ROOM AREA .. but very LOUD LOUD AC UNIT had to move to room 138 to sleep staff 5 star move ok ”

“Clean & bed is comfortable ”

“The staff was ... okay. The check-in desk was vacant when we arrived, and although three uniformed staffers were standing within line of sight, none acknowledged our presence or offered help. Finally, we literally called the front desk and said "We're here." A couple minutes later, the woman finally showed up.”

“Oceanfront first floor room could see only the horizon of the ocean. I do not feel this should be priced as an ocean front, though of course there is no resort view from 1003 and that is good. First floor rooms should be priced lower due to not having a full view of the ocean due to dunes. The staff were friendly and the dining and bars were tasty. The sliding bathroom doors hurt my fingers and should be updated. Closet doors stick and the humidity is high inside even though we did not keep our...
