“Broken room TV, broken water dispenser, gym hit and stuffy. Staff did not service room and would not provide new towels until WE brought dirty towels to them. Front desk had ling check in line and only one person working the front even though a second person was in the office…should have cone up front to help but didn’t.”

“Upon arrival at the facility i was super excited. I loved the location and desk staff were friendly and clearly able to articulate policies. The room was bright and airy and overlooked the pool patio area. I purposefully waited to write this review until weeks after my stay was over as I didnt want to say something too harsh but looking back this is where the perfect getaway ended. Allowing people to party in that pool are is unacceptible. Maybe one of your managers should spend a night in that...
