"Scarsa pulizia e necessità di manutenzione"

"Hotel molto vicino all’aeroporto. Hanno un ampio parcheggio (a pagamento) ma offrono il servizio navetta da/per aeroporto. Camera grande e pulita. Unica nota negativa, mi hanno addebitato 10usd per una coperta macchiata… a parte questo un ottimo hotel. Da ritornare… non lo so "

"Sono soddisfatta. Un po' lontana dal centro ma raggiungibile con tutti i mezzi pubblici nelle vicinanze. Nei dintorni un grande centro commerciale e MC Donald. Stanza confortevole pulita e calda.. Personale gentile. Chicago magnifica"

"Hotel vicino all'aeroporto internazionale, al quale è collegato con una navetta. Le stanze sono molto ampie, dotate di forno a microonde e macchina per il caffè. La colazione è molto ricca. L'arredamento è un po' datato. E' collegato con il centro città grazie alla metropolitana"

"L’hotel è in posizione strategica per l’aeroporto, con navetta gratuita, inoltre c’è un centro commerciale con buoni ristoranti a 4 passi. Ma la zona è rumorosa e comunque isolata dalla città. La colazione è discreta e la connessione ad Internet buona per lavoro e streaming. Nel complesso l’hotel è piuttosto datato, ci sono stato anche nel 2017 e seppur già allora non fosse proprio fresco, non hanno cambiato nulla, senz’altro le camere meriterebbero qualche intervento. Comunque il rapporto qualità prezzo a mio avviso è buono."

"The hotel is very similar to other hotels around the airport, good for late flights or early departures. Buffet Breakfast is included and staff is kind. The very annoying point is that the hotel shuttle from airport to hotel must be booked online by using a link that you can know only if you call the hotel by phone . Frankly, as soon as the client book the room, this instruction should be given!!! We spent one hour waiting at the “Hotel Shuttle Area” where ALL the other hotels pick the clients up! before calling (please note: European mobile phones charge a lot for a call in the States!) So, do not choose this hotel for the transfer, bad service "

"The hotel is strategically located 8 km from the O’Hare airport that is to say 15 minutes away if driving. Motel style building. Free parking around the hotel. Very good for late flights or early departures. Nice staff. Tea/coffee station in the lobby all day. No breakfast before six a.m. even if included in the rate. No breakfast boxes! "
