“This is my Colorado mountain dream home! What a lovely home tucked away in the mountains. The kitchen was stocked with all the supplies you could need and more, the hot tub is in a neat separate structure that makes you feel like you are in the trees, and there are trails just across the street. Kevin was easy to get ahold of and very helpful. ”

“Great location for a late summer family get away. 6 adults and 2 young grandchildren. Enjoyed to stay and spend most of the days up in RMNP. Hiking and sightseeing. House was perfect size for all of us. Inside home could have been a little cleaner upon our arrival. Especially bathrooms for what it cost to stay. Other than that it was a nice stay. Thanks”

“Directions for check-in, checkout and uniqueness of an older dwelling were great. Lots of food options to eat out, but the kitchen is well equipped to cook also. Overall, a lovely place for an individual or couple to retreat.”

“We had a great time. The house is only minutes from anything we needed/wanted to do. The big fenced yard was wonderful. We've taken our dogs on vacation before, but never had a fenced yard. It was so nice to let them into the yard without being leashed. The house was well stocked. I really appreciated the large bottles of hand soap at each sink and the amount of towels and washcloths there were. The only wildlife we saw at the house was a wild turkey sitting on the fence one afternoon. We did...

“The house and property were amazing! We loved all 15 family members being able to sit together at the dinner table! The kitchen was well appointed. There was plenty of room for multiple kitchen helpers at the same time. The rushing river was the hidden gem of the trip! We enjoyed watching and listening to the rushing water!The host was very responsive and had helpful tips about the area. We will definitely be back for another stay!”
