“Room is very comfortable, including the beds! Great location! We were visiting family in Scranton and it was a bee-line straight in, there within 10 min. “I want to first say this is the hotel I stay at each time I visit family in the area. It is always clean and the staff is very friendly. Most of all I want to thank the staff and management of this hotel for their kindness and attentiveness to my family that stayed over the weekend. Several of us stayed here while having to attend my nieces funeral in January 2026. Scendendo in macchina da Toronto verso New York abbiamo voluto fare una tappa defaticante ed abbiamo scelto al volo il primo hotel consigliato da Expedia nella zona in cui eravamo (Scranton). Siamo rimasti felicissimi per la qualità di questo hotel. Camere spaziose e pulite, bagno grande e comodo. Qualità del sonno eccellente. L'Hotel dispone di ristorante interno (ottimo) e di una piscina e vasca idromassaggio separata aperte al pubblico fino alle 22.00 !!!!...

“Difficult to find but once we got there everything was A+! They’re renovating and it looks great! You can smell the new carpets in the hallway and the rooms are beautiful! The staff needs to brush up their knowledge of restaurants in the area, but overall a good stay!”

“Staff went above and beyond during my stay,. The room was clean, the small exercise room was clean and nice. The pool area does need more ventalation as the bathroom in that area was very damp. But overall I had a wonderful stay and i could not say enough about how much i appreciated the staffs help and thoughtfulness. ”
