“My husband and I spent two nights at this amazing hotel, it was beautiful, clean and just the perfect place for a getaway. Breakfast was delicious, so get the option where you can add breakfast here because if you pay at the restaurant is a little bit more expensive. The only downside is that we wanted to go to the pool but it was closed due to maintenance, but other than that we had a great time! We’ll be back for sure!”

“Could not use my booking due to a terrible smell in the room after turning on the heater. The odor was extremely strong — a heavy dusty, burning smell coming from the heater that made it unhealthy and impossible to stay in the room. I notified the host immediately and left the property, but the response was basically, “it’s probably just dust burning off and it will get better later because the heater is not used often.” The host also refused to provide any refund. “Check in was great after being on the road for 15 hrs with too dogs. Room was very clean well maintained kinda small but nice. Bed was comfortable but loud when you moved around. Asheville is dog city USA. Holding that name and being a dog friendly hotel they should have a small dog area or going to restroom or hanging out there wasn’t anything like this. over all 4 out of 5 would stay again for sure price was right”

“The staff was friendly, especially the blonde lady at the front, forgot to get her name. Also, Ms. Kathy that was in charge of breakfast has the best personality. She takes pride in her breakfast making skills and is on top of having enough food to feed the crowds. I would definitely stay here again, felt very welcoming. The shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion provided in the room was also very helpful.”
