“I contacted the hotel for the airport shuttle but learned that the shuttle stops at 8:00. It would help to include that in their listing. I ultimately arrived after 10:00 pm by Uber and was assigned a room. As soon as I opened the door to the room there was a "huge" clump of hair that was as the entrance of the bathroom. I was shocked how it could have been missed in the cleaning process. I asked to be assigned to another room hoping that the problems were behind me only to get to the next room,...

No ramp in front of hotel entrance. Need to carry luggage up onto curb. Expected a better maintained hotel. Staff was friendly.”
