“I had an accident while showering. I fell off from the bath tub and ended up outside. Thank god I didn’t hit my head but I did hurt one of my arms and butt. I went down and tell them and the guy only said “ I will let them know” he didn’t even ask if I was ok or not. And obviously did not apologized. “Beds were clean and bathroom is clean, but I took pictures of every other surface in this room which had the glass rings of coffee as well as red wine and water! I went downstairs to show the staff the pictures and they said to go back in the morning and complain to management. When I went to check out in the morning, there was no management available.
