Campeggi a Belle Isle State Park

“Had noise issues that were not handled properly by front desk. Made reservation with Expedia. Front desk checked me in and later called to say that they needed info from my credit card for incidentals. When I checked out Sunday, September 13, my receipt showed a different price than what I had paid Expedia. The hotel used deception when they stated the reason for requesting my card and charged me for a hotel stay in addition to what I had paid Expedia. Tried to get the additional amount...

“The property was very clean and maintained. The staff was very nice and courteous. The reason for Good and not Excellent was the cupboard had the ironing board and iron inside but no hangers or rack to hang our clothes. There were four large round hooks placed high onto the wall over the the suitcase table. A short or disabled person would have to step up on top of the table to reach them.”

“Hotel comodo in bellissima posizione, gli arredi della camera sono un po’ vecchio stile con moquette che risente degli anni a causa dell’umidita. Da segnalare in negativo un addebito di 80€ dopo 1 ora che avevo lasciato l’albergo...ho mandato una mail al desk ma dopo 4 giorni ancora non hanno risposto.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Belle Haven! The house was perfect for a family weekend getaway and we were able to walk to shops and restaurants. Thr host was also very helpful when we had a question. Very close to several parks and we got to enjoy some hiking. Would definitely stay again!”
