“Overall it worked for a middle of the night arrival while traveling to our next destination. We are thankful for a place to lay our head. If we were staying in the area longer we would look for different accommodations. The public restroom off the lobby had no toilet paper with a box of Kleenex set on the floor to use instead. There was zero hand soap and all of the available hand sanitizer stations were empty.”

“We travel a lot and this hotel has to be the worst we’ve ever experienced in terms of hospitality and customer service.
