“Great hotel, very clean and nice with easy access parking. The only negative was the pool being closed the weekend we were there for maintenance. Very disappointing for my kids after a long day at the zoo, but we still had a nice time.”

“BED BUGS!!! The hotel was overall a bit run down. It is an old building with some lipstick slapped on. Our shower had hair in it. Poor workmanship with silicon slathered everywhere in the bathroom. It was bearable until we settled in to watch tv and a bug crawled across my shirt. We pulled the mattress cover back to reveal several bed bugs. The staff didn’t seem too bothered to care; just a surface level apology. The only positive was the pool area prior to this nightmare beginning. It is nice...

“Cleanliness and neatness is excellent. The heating was adequate. Flooring is vinyl, nothing fancy. Breakfast was good but not great. Coffee was not good at all. The biggest issue I had was with outside noise. Due to location, traffic noise is on the high side. Entrance to parking lot is through a gas station driveway, with standing water. The stay was good overall...I give it 3.75 out of 5.”

“Very friendly staff from check-in to bartenders. There is a lot of construction going on in downtown Omaha so parking can be a challenge but they did offer a discounted rate to park in the parking garage across the street. Very cute, upbeat vibe the the hotel. Rooms are very small but doable and very basic as far as amenities. I wish they had coffee and a refrigerator in the rooms but we managed fine. The hotel is in an awesome location with many restaurants, bars and breweries around it. ...

“Hot tub and pool were great. It was about a 20 minute drive to Downtown Omaha, so a good amount in my book. It would’ve been nice to know about the construction going on though. The other guests were the worst part. We had to move rooms because someone was smoking weed in their room. The gentleman at the front desk did promptly offer to have us change rooms, which was very nice. ”

“Did not eat breakfast, early flight. The parking lot is poorly lit and is a bit cramped driving through. After checking in we found a bedbug in our bed. We tore the bed apart and did not see any more. You know what they say, when you find one.... The toilet in our room would continuously run if you didnt pay attention.The shuttle service to Eppley was great. Cost to leave our vehicle there was $5/day. ”
