End of the day I swore at belittled called names told to get the f out and leave the property. Finally got a refund after 3 days of being ignored by them. Good luck if you decide to stay. “While it’s no one’s fault, we arrived to the hotel after a day of traveling and learned the only elevator was broken and our room was on the third floor. The hotel employee thankfully found us a room on the second floor, fot which I was extremely thankful. Eve so, lugging luggage up stairs was NOT fun. “All’arrivo il check in è stato sbrigativo, la persona alla reception ci ha chiesto il documento a gesti e fatto la chiave della camera senza nemmeno salutarci nè spiegarci i servizi dell’hotel.
La camera era un po’ rumorosa (verso l’esterno), ma tutto sommato confortevole, peccato che nel bagno mancavassero gli asciugamani per entrambi e sul pavimento abbiamo trovato capelli e altro sporco.

The phone in the room didn’t work, so anytime we needed something, we had to go to the front desk, the jets in the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom didn’t work properly, and the shower was scalding hot.
