“The handicap room was acceptable. The clerk who checked us in, bent over backwards to get us in that room and we reall appreciated all of her efforts. Especially, since they were changing locks on all of the rooms. However, the bathroom needs some attention:: mold around the sink faucet area and around the bottom of the toilet. Everything else was great! All of the staff we came in contact with were professional and friendly. ”

“There was a mentally ill man pacing the parking lot and front door of the hotel wearing. He emptied the outdoor cigarette holder and picked used cigarette butts from the bottom of the container. When I notified the front desk clerk, i was told he was registered and staying at the hotel. Pretty scarry... ”

"All’arrivo il check in è stato sbrigativo, la persona alla reception ci ha chiesto il documento a gesti e fatto la chiave della camera senza nemmeno salutarci nè spiegarci i servizi dell’hotel. La camera era un po’ rumorosa (verso l’esterno), ma tutto sommato confortevole, peccato che nel bagno mancavassero gli asciugamani per entrambi e sul pavimento abbiamo trovato capelli e altro sporco. Per riassumere: la struttura offrirebbe molto, ma il personale non la valorizza adeguatamente nei confronti degli ospiti."
