Even worse, there was a used sanitary pad under the bed that had clearly not been removed by housekeeping. These issues made us question whether the room had been properly cleaned before our arrival. The hotel needs to improve its cleaning standards and quality control.”

“When I went to open a new roll of toilet paper, and stuck my hand in the end to remove the paper, I felt something and pulled it out. It was a razor blade that was not new. Luckily I did not get cut. Called the cops. They said they’ve been out there many times due to drug use, etc…”
