“The air conditioning and dehumidifier were mandatory for the rooms in Queens Court. Unfortunately, our a/c unit kept cycling on and off all night without stabilizing the room, which caused us to lose sleep. In fact, we did not get to sleep at all the first night and felt forced to vacate one day early. Since we had paid our two-day fee in advance, we have not been reimbursed for the second night even though the hotel staff notified us that they filed the 'faulty a/c complaint' as an acceptable...

“The rooms were clean but they had a very bad smell you can smell it as soon as you open your door. So.e of the young ladies in house keeping wasn't nice at all. Check in was great an check out was great the same you young lady. The front desk people were beauty nice.”

“Overall just felt kinda there and not the best upkeep. I didn’t have liners in the trash can. I didn’t have conditioner. The bottle were mounted on the shower one had fallen off. The hotel was humid and the air was stale. And there were bugs in the tub.”

“It was too warm inside the lobby area. Additionally, our room was very humid and a bit musty no matter how low we set the thermostat at. Overall, though, it was clean.”
