“The house was decorated beautifully with a lot of space and a beautiful view. However, the refrigerator had mold all in it so we needed to buy water to drink. And the Internet and cable didn’t work for our entire stay. The host said she tried to fix it. And when it didn’t work for the entirety of our stay she offered to give us a credit back, but she never did. The home itself smelled a little musty, but nothing unlivable.”

“Everyone is always very kind love the minimal rooms some hotels just have to much stuff in them. I asked for a a room on the Avon’s floor after she gave me one on the first floor and Ms. Karen didn’t hesitate. I just don’t feel safe on the first floor if I’m by myself. Thank you so much Ms. Karen. Only thing 100.00 dollars is a lot for incidentals most I buy is water. But I guess you need to being I worked in hotels and some people are just slobs. Thank you”

Bagno moto sporco, buchi nei muri, tutte le sere non c'era acqua calda, lo scarico della doccia non funzionava, lo sciacquone del bagno non funzionava, no è stata sostituita la carta igienica esaurita, la seconda notte non avevamo più bagnoschium,a nè sapone e neanche il tappeto della doccia. Sconsigliato anche se il personale alla reception è stato gentilissimo.”

“This was a great place to stay to access everything on St. Simon Island. It is so conveniently located to the lighthouse, the pier, the pier village shops and restaurants. The room was well decorated as was the Inn and everything was as pictured and very clean. The breakfast offered had cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit, egg bites or oatmeal that could be warmed in the microwave, several breads selections. We did not use the pool, but it also was very clean.
