“Il letto della camera era per cosi dire "un asse di legno" nessuna doga o simile sotto al materasso di appena 15 centimetri. “El hotel necesita de un buen mantenimiento. Las partes comunes no estan muy limpias tampoco. El piso donde hay la reception es el segundo. El parqueo esta' a 300 mts no es un problemaso pero cuandos tienes maletas tampoco es muy comodo. En el momento que te dan la targueta para salir del parque tienes que firmar un papel que en el caso te olvides de devolverla ellos tienen el derecho de cobrarte 50 Dolares... 50. No se tratan asi los clientes.”

"Although I’d like to thank Francisco, the supervisor and Irish Perez, the housekeeping , I’m disappointed. I’m a frequent customer of Marriott hotel, I payed 300 euro each night and there is not room service , breakfast is not included , is far from the sea and the swimming pool is a very small place. I have got a room immediately close to the elevator and it was very noise . I booked the hotel just for the week end because I planned a cruise . The first day, when I have arrived, I just asked an information, which services are included in the resort fee. The lady had the “great “ idea to switch to the Spanish language to ask how explain me it… Don’t you know to switch to an other language is misunderstanding ? From the hotel uber it’s very easy to find . "
