“Prompt service upon arrival, with excellent comp gifts on check in that made the stay even better. Conveniently located with a very short walk to food and entertainment. Old Town Pizza is right around the corner and you are missing out if you don’t get some. Parking lot is nice and the rooms are modernized. Can’t beat for the price and convenience.”

“Management was intrusive and knocked on our door loudly asking to come in and look for a lost key from the previous tenant. That should have been handled before we were given the room. After a long drive, this was the last thing we wanted to deal with. I let it slide because I was exhausted, but the experience was unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend staying here — look elsewhere”

“I have stayed at this hotel before and had a good experience, which is why I was surprised by the condition of my room during this stay. While the property is relatively new, the room did not appear to have been properly cleaned before my arrival. There was a dirty towel left in the room, stains on the sheets, chips on the floor, and the toilet was not clean. “This hotel was great. Very cute and comfortable. There was an issue with the AC but the staff was very responsive and helpful. The bowling alley with restaurant was decent and just a short walk there and back. I will definitely stay here again.”

“The property needs a lot of TLC. Wifi and cable are definitely not the best and often go out. TV didn’t work half of my stay and I had to call three times to get it fixed. The bed was comfortable; however, other family members in different rooms had some weird metal box under their bed and it squeaked and was uncomfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Nobody was available to come and fix anything in the evening or at night. Pipes make loud noises that woke me up.”

“The property was amazing! The only issue we had was with the door pad code. The one I received in my information e-mail was incorrect, but Lynette was quick to answer my phone call and tell me the correct code. In all honesty the correct code made more sense and I should have questioned the e-mail as soon as I got it. Before we left, we were already thinking of wht other events in the area may be coming up that we could stay there again.”
