“It was a good stay, though breakfast was delayed but it was good.”

“It was comfortable and clean, and the breakfast included scrambled eggs. The only issueI had was probably not the hotel’s fault, but there was some very loud people near my room. The front desk guy did go down and make them shut up.”

“The room was clean but almost everything else was poor. The “breakfast” was bagels, a prepackaged muffin or cereal. The AC was broken and the hair dryer was falling off the wall. The soap and shampoo was not sufficient for 2 people (and I was in their “master suite”. Parking was great but the door to the parking did not unlock with the key. The key cards had to be reconfigured three times in a one day stay. No elevator and steep Small stairs. The owner was very nice but should be putting more...

“Room clean, beds comfortable”

“Upon arrival the room smelled terrible. It was hot and dingy. When we turned the air conditioner on a horrible smelled came out and continued to squeak nonstop. The windows were absolutely filthy and the view they claim was a freeway. We were in the room 15 minutes and in that time some random person attempted to come in our room. We left and didn't end up staying. ”

“Safe, Clean, good breakfast, helpful staff.”

“Everything was beautiful and very clean! I did not see a hot tub, but there was a very beautiful swimming pool. I would definitely recommend this to motorist specifically motorcyclists. There is a lounge with showers and really nice restaurant and bar. The rooms were nicely decorated with clean fresh lines. They have the best pillows I’ve ever slept on.”

“Great breakfast, comfortable bed and convenient to everything. Only negative is the walls are thin and easy to hear adjoining rooms.”

“The check in staff support process is lacking. The support is a call center outside the US. They are reading off a script and can't really help. It is the second time that when booking boutique or non known hotels from Expedia that the check in process is lacking and there is no support. I will be wiser in the future - twice bitten ”
