Hotel a Browntown

“Location close to downtown. Breakfast was poor.”

“Room was modern, clean and very well maintained. Beds were comfortable. We were located on the entrance side of the property, which was away from the main road so it was quiet. The other side faced a busy road, so I’m not sure how quiet that side would be. The included breakfast had good choices to satisfy everyone. The small gym had a few cardio machines, a full complement of dumbbells and a cable machine. We considered using the heated indoor pool, but the water was murky, so we opted not to...

“Room was great - nicely renovated. Lovely lounge / restaurant. Front desk peeps very helpful. BIGGEST DRAWBACK - noise from highway was unreal. We heard every truck shift and racing engine. Literally kept us up and we're not light sleepers. Breakfast didn't start til 7:30, and menu offered small selection. ”

“The interior of the rooms is old and worn. Hopefully the updated lobby is a sign that the rooms are scheduled to be updated next. Housekeeping is questionable as one of my pillowcases had a stain and the sheets smelled like hand lotion. Told the front desk about the stain and was told they would make housekeeping aware but that was the only effort made to make it right.”

“This is probably the worst experience I have with a Marriott hotel (I stay in Marriott mostly since I am an owner). This place is very old, especially inside the room. Tub was repainted but paint has faded and so color looked uneven. The bed was awful, didn’t feel supported at all. Breakfast was very mid. This whole place needs updating!”

“The gentleman at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Noise was an issue as we were woken up several times by doors closing loudly, and people talking in the hallway. We could also hear the TV in the room above us. The shower was a little disappointing due to low water pressure. Overall, it was a good deal for our two night stay. ”

“Albergo pulitissimo, personale gentile, vicino alla Residenza di Jefferson (a pochi km di macchina). Buona colazione al tavolo. Lo consiglio veramente. ”

“I told the front desk staff that we were very sensitive to noise and the lady at front desk gave me the room on the first floor right next to the public bathrooms. I asked whether this was going to be quiet, and she reassured me and said yes. People were using that bathroom since 6:30 am, and I could hear everything. Maybe it was my fault for trusting her but please maybe just be a little more thoughtful next time. Btw, there were other rooms available. Also breakfast eggs tasted funky. ”
