“Great hotel! Can get a little packed in the pool when they allow private parties, which is often. But still would highly recommended. Very nice staff and facilities. Super comfy rooms and beds!”

“The first room we checked into had food in the freezer and the toilet wasn't working. The second room had a working toilet and was cleaner, but I don't know why I paid $20 more for a "king suite with separate seating area" as it was one room. It looked like the pictures on the website for the "studio king room." The pool was fun, but hadn't been cleaned overnight. “Hot tub was green, pool was very small and cold, room was infested with ants, bathroom was not the cleanest. Had to get your own toiletries. Very disappointed in this establishment! We will never be back!”

“It was a clean room. I really appreciated the evening clerk. She was GREAT! When I went to turn the key in at the end of my stay, the person who was at the front desk was in the back and appeared to be reading a newspaper. There were two packages setting there. I announced that I was checking out and mentioned the packages. He didn't get up. Otherwise, everything couldn't have been BETTER! I loved the whirlpool. I liked how they had the room set up. Everything else was great.”

“Stayed here a couple years ago and was very impressed. Just stayed here again and was not so impressed. Tried to take a shower and there was no hot water, called front desk and was told i had to let water run for 20 - 25 minutes for it to get warm. Well we did that and only had warm/hot water for 5 minutes. Then when the water was warm, the shower mad this high pitched noise, that I am surprised didn't we didn't get a noise complaint. Then I was trying to sleep and the refrigerator kicked on and...

“The beds were lifted extra high and hard to get on them. And there was no heat in the room when we entered?! It was March.. in Madison.. so the room was 40 degree! Took a long time to warm the room. Front desk manager was wonderful and very helpful!”
