“It’s a lovely hotel and very convenient stop. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
We only had breakfast but it was delicious and plenty of it. The decor was lovely but needed a bit of tidying and the vase on the table needed a clean. I’m not keen on fake flowers which gather dust and the winter sun shows the glass vase needing a polish.
I’m being picky hoping I’m being helpful. It was a fab stay and I thoroughly recommend it and would stay again. ”

Non è comunque epoca per accessi assicurati a musei o monumenti. Tanti i percorsi a piedi o in bicicletta, se ne siete forniti. Il luogo è tranquillo e piacevole.”
“Lovely place to stay. My only criticism is when asking where to park the receptionist on the phone recommended a car park miles away (st Mary's). Don't! As long as it's not a match day, it was easy to park straight outside and then don't pay in the blue car park, they have a code inside for half price. ”
“Bathroom could do with a touch of paint as there was a damaged part on the wall. It had been touched up, but not fully. The hotel info on the TLV didn’t work either. However, the desk staff were friendly and really helpful. I would stay here again but a bit more attention to detail would make a big difference.”
“We were a party of 4 adults. We all throughly enjoyed our stay. The staff were all so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. We enjoyed an excellent meal too in the 24hr dining. The onion rings were fab. We would definitely stay again.”
“Lovely clean hotel. 15 min walk from Newcastle city centre and close to public transport options. Italian restaurant attached who were happy to provide food to take back to the room (food was excellent too!). Staff were really friendly and helpful and having a grab and go breakfast you child pre order was a great option ”
