“I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The room appeared old and poorly maintained. The biggest issue was the number of cockroaches roaming around the room, including near the kitchen area, which was not clean at all. The carpet was dirty and looked like it had not been properly cleaned for a long time. The furniture was also outdated, especially the couch, which looked worn out and old. While the beach view from the room was decent, it was not enough to make up for the poor...

“Small cockroaches found in the unit … all over bathroom, kitchen, living area. And not the large palmetto roaches that come in from outside. A/C stopped cooling on last night of the stay. I requested to speak with a manager and was told to send an email as the front desk person did not know when the manager would be available! Sent email but no response… called again today and was told to send another email!! I would not recommend this place to anyone.”

“Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Wir haben eine Premium-Suite gebucht und ein tolles Zimmer in der obersten Etage bekommen. Dadurch hatten wir einen tollen Blick auf die Bucht, konnte häufig Delfine sichten und den Sonnenaufgang genießen. Das Personal war überaus freundlich. Beim Sofa und in den Bädern gab es kleinere Gebrauchsspuren - wir sind bei sowas normalerweise sehr kritisch, in diesem Fall hat es uns aber nicht gestört. Unsere Kinder waren von der Unterkunft jedenfalls begeistert...
