“Great place to stay!”

“Had an amazing stay at this beautiful cottage! The place was very clean, spacious, and comfortable, making it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy our time away. I felt safe throughout the stay, and the location was excellent, with cafés and restaurants within walking distance. The host was wonderful (very easy to communicate back and forth with, even left an itinerary with recommendations, LOVEDDD THATTT) and truly, appreciated the opportunity to stay here. Would absolutely recommend this...

“Great location! I’d go back if ever in area again!”

“My sister and I were so pleased when we walked through the front door into this darling two bed, two bath, 1st floor condo. It was nicely decorated and spacious. And, when you opened the drapes there was a nice water view and your own dock. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had all that we needed. The living room was cozy with seating for 4-5 people. This location was so nice because we could walk to the beach for dinner, and watch the sunset, which was gorgeous! It was a short drive to...

“Always a great stay at the Avalon! You can’t beat the proximity to the beach, great restaurants, and more, and the staff is always exceptional.”

“The property was clean, well-maintained, tastefully decorated, and welcoming. The hosts responded promptly to my messages. They are on property and welcomed us when we arrived. The condo is beautiful, with high ceilings, an open concept living area, and updated kitchen. Parking is in a lot just outside the front door, with reserved spots for guests. The property is very secure, and that put our minds at ease right away. The building is on the Main Street of historic downtown Dunedin, and all the...

“The location was perfect for walking to breweries, shopping and restaurants. Very centrally located in the quaint downtown area. There is a short cut at the end of Highland court through Dunedin Brewing that made walking around very accessible. The balcony porch was the best for relaxing and enjoying the warm Florida temperatures. We also enjoyed the ability to watch the local cable provider, Spectrum, for local news and weather. The beds and bedding were very good. Lots of amenities for...

“Smooth check in process and unit was exactly as described. We were so pleased to bring our dog and a short walking distance to restaurants, shopping and just steps to the beach. Highly recommend this host and would be happy to stay here again.”

“Hotel stupendo, appartamento enorme con due camere due bagni sala e cucina. Dotato di tutti i confort. Sul mare con piscina. Consigliatissimo”

“Great location, super clean, easy walking to everything to do in Clearwater Beach and easy drive to Honeymoon Island and other beaches”

“We stayed for three days, and unfortunately the air conditioning was not working for approximately two of them. The indoor temperature reached about 84°F. The host was responsive initially, but a technician was not able to come out until approximately 5:00 PM on our final night. We understand that maintenance issues can happen, but the delay significantly affected our stay. We had to adjust our plans around the repair, and because the home was occupied entirely by women, having a maintenance...

“The place was very clean, and everything is with in walk in distance all the employees are very helpful.”
