“The hotel overall was great. Room 232 was lacking. The lights in the bathroom was malfunctioning, so once the light was on, it was left on because we couldn't get it to come back on if turned off. Shower had the obligatory shampoo and conditioner attached to the wall, but no body wash. No body wash is fine, but they also had no shelves to put the bar soap. I rested it on top of the sliding glass door frame, where others had also, based on the puddles of soap goo I found feeling for my soap. My...

“Limited inexpensive hotels to stay at in Auburn so you can end up staying in okay to poor hotels. This Quality Inn is actually a motel. Floors have been updated & bed is fine but other things in room aren’t updated. Breakfast is mainly breads. Was fine for one night. If have a choice, won’t stay here again.”

“Room was clean. The shower head definitely needs to be replaced, it was terrible. Other things ham that the stay was good.”

“When I tried to check in I was told I would have to wait because the rooms were not ready. The clerk seemed overwhelmed and was short with most guests approaching the desk. The clerk told others after me she wasn’t supposed to be there and really didn’t know when we would be able to check in. I waited about an 45 minutes after check in time to get a room. My room was clean and quiet. I would recommend this hotel even though it was not an ideal check in. ”

“Needs more large luggage carts. Only has one. Internet connectivity is terrible! Recumbent bike seat jiggles when riding making it impossible to go very fast. Not much sound insulation between floors.”

“Room was perfect for 2 people who like to watch different TV stations, separate bathrooms, Best was comfortable beds and complimentary beverages and snacks on the floor where you stayed. Restaurant food was very good! I would choose to stay here if this hotel was in other cities.”

“The AC unit in my room was very loud when it cut in and out as it interfered with my sleep. I tried to watch Netflix and the connection was poor and gave an error message that the tv was not connected to the internet. It was hard to press down the toilet handle. The door handle should be less piercing in the hand when you open it.”

“Property is very clean. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff, Dana, was exceptional and ensured I had what I needed to have a great experience.”

“The pool was dirty. The hotel was very noisy. People were outside playing loud music. The people in the room above me walked and jumped up and down all night. The mini fridge was making a loud humming noise. The room was clean and spacious which was a plus. The front desk worker was very nice. I will never stay here again! I didnt get much sleep!”
